About the Colts
All Colts are welcome to attend our professionally run training sessions every Sunday morning at St Paul’s College, Manor Lane, Sunbury, Middlesex. (See ‘location’ for maps and directions). Coaching will run from September 4th 2011 to April 01st 2012 with two weeks off over the Christmas holidays.
Each age group is run by an England Hockey Board qualified Lead Coach who aims to introduce and develop over the course of the season, new skills and drills to further each individual’s talents within the junior game. As well as coaching each section enters local tournaments and the older Colts play in a variety of Hockey Leagues.
In addition to the Sunday sessions, there is another session for Boys & Girls (U14 and upwards) on Wednesday evenings – 5.30pm to 7pm
If you would like to find out more about our Colts Section, please email colts@swhawks.comand we’ll be happy to provide you with more specific information. Alternatively, just come along on a Sunday morning and stay for a coffee whilst your child joins in. Don’t worry about needing to get a stick as we can provide one to get your child started. All we do ask is that you have a mouthguard and shin pads.
